What Was Your Hardest Day of Training

I am making this post just to hear some of your guys hardest days of training stories,

here's mine comment and post your story too.

Started off the day right today with Yoga, then after that did the body fit class; 110 Burpees,110 Pushups,110 V Sit Ups, 110 Squats, all done in intervals and two 1 minute bursts of Rock Climbers. Then afternoon Western Boxing Class 3 three minute rounds of sparring, 6 three minute rounds on the heavy bags, and 3 three minute rounds on the pads with a trainer. Then to top it of 100 3 combo punches on the bags 200 sit ups 100 push ups then cool down. Damn that was a hell of a day.
