Its a superfood. It has all the micro and macro nutrients you'd ever need. Not to mention probiotics. Better than any multivitamin you could take. Best thing to do is go to the Vitamin Shoppe and read the label to see all the stuff that's in there. Actually you could probably just google it too. I was having some some stomach problems for months after taking antibiotics. I was taking some acidophilus but it wouldnt get any body. Antibiotics destroy everything. I started taking Green Vibrance and my stomach was fixed in 2 days.

I looked it up and it sounds great, I am going to give it a try next month. Have you guys tried green coffee bean extract? My wife saw it on DR Oz, apparently it blocks your body from converting sugar to fat.

I haven't heard of that or tired it. How is it ingested. Does it come as a powder or like a syrup?

I just did some reading on it. The research looks interesting. It is believed that it reduces the absorption of fat and glucose and possibly insulin levels.   But the issue of malabsorption was brought up. That's the only thing I'd be worried about.

malabsorption? haha my public school education made me have to look it up. It does not look like it would be fun to have. Knowing me I would not think about it and just try to pump my body with some more vitamins or nutrients screwing my body up even more.
